Be Informed- Proposed development of offices and retail space on the land adjacent to the school campus on 151st next to our playground. The proposed through street will be only 20 feet from the border of the playground, and one of the entries/exits is planned for Monrovia about 10-20 feet north of the bus lane exit, and the developer intends to include 145 parking spaces. For the retail section, they expect to have 2-3 businesses on the site, which could be anything under the umbrella of CP-1. (That includes anything retail except a liquor store.)
