2 HOURS OF POWER VOLUNTEER CHALLENGE
Daddy Daughter Dance Night-of Volunteers If you (and a friend) would like to assist the Daddy Daughter Dance Committee on the night of the event, please sign up here in the top slot labeled "Night of Dance Volunteers." They would love to have your help! **Due to the advanced planning required of our spring fundraisers, if Chairs are not secured for Trivia Night or Carnival/Fun Run by DECEMBER 1, the Morse PTO Board will vote on cancelling the events. Read more about why cancellation is a possibility here. Trivia Night Chair(s) Spearhead possibly the most anticipated event of the year! We've already booked the venue-Camelot Ballroom--and secured the emcee. With the help of a committee, your main job is to secure donations and plan logistics. Recruit a friend to co-chair and share in the work and the fun! Get more details or sign up here Carnival/Fun Run Chair(s) Help plan the annual Morse Carnival and Fun Run on Friday, May 1. The Morse grounds have already been reserved and so have many of the games, inflatables and table items. You'll coordinate with multiple outside vendors, secure necessary permits, pre-sell tickets/ wristbands, recruit adult and student volunteers to assist with the attractions and meals and much more! Last Chance For 'Five Schools, One Family' Shirts There is a very limited stock still available of the Five School, One Family community spirit T-shirts. Grab one while you still can! Order your T-shirt here. Special Delivery: Student Directory If you are a Member of the Morse PTO, the Student Directory was sent home with your child last week. Please check your student's backpack if you haven't seen it yet. Because Morse teachers and staff can not give out students' contact information, the Student Directory is the ONLY way you can access students' emails, addresses and phone numbers. The Directory is an invaluable resource and one that is only available if you join Morse PTO. There are a very limited number of Directories still available, so pay your $15 PTO Membership fee today to get yours. |

Book Fair--Tuesday, November 12 - Thursday, November 14 The 2019 Morse Book Fair will be held in the Morse library. Daddy Daughter Dance--Friday, November 15, 7-9pm at Camelot Ballroom We look forward to treating Morse girls and their dads (grandpas, uncles, or family friend) to a very special evening. Food with Folks/Bond 2020 Talk/Choir Performance/PTO General Meeting--Wednesday, December 11, starting at 7:45a in the Morse Gym This jam-packed morning kicks off with Food for Folks followed by a brief presentation about the Blue Valley School District bond issue set to go to vote in January 2020. Next is a performance by the Morse choir and the morning concludes with a PTO General Meeting. Hope you can make it! |
