2 HOURS OF POWER VOLUNTEER CHALLENGE
Looking for Good Delegators We have the committees. Now we just need YOU! Remember that the Daddy/Daughter and Mother/Son events are no longer fundraisers, so they will not require soliciting from businesses as in years' past. Please consider taking lead on one of these, or grab a friend to co-chair the event. The Morse PTO board will support you and serve as a resource during the planning process if you need it. As a reminder, if you cannot chair, please consider signing up for a committee. We especially need Trivia Night volunteers. Get more details about these needs or sign up here. Due to the advanced planning required of our spring events, if Chairs are not secured for Trivia Night, Mother/Son, or Daddy/Daughter by DECEMBER 3, the Morse PTO Board will vote on cancelling the events. Bring That Pep to Students' Steps We are still looking for parents who can volunteer one Monday morning to don the Marksman mascot suit and kick a week of learning off right! As of right now, we have no one scheduled for Monday 11/29. Visit the Sign Up Genius to pick your Monday or get more information about volunteering. |
DON'T FORGET
Student Directories Have Been Sent Home One of the perks of being a Morse PTO member is receiving the Student Directory. Because Morse teachers and staff cannot give out students' contact information, the Student Directory is the ONLY way you can access students' emails, addresses and phone numbers. If you are a PTO member and have not received your Morse Student Directory, contact the front office. If you wish to get a directory, extra are available for purchase in the office for the cost of a PTO membership. Spirit Wear Has Been Delivered (Mostly) MOST of the Morse Spirit Wear orders were sent home with student on Tuesday. Check your child's backpack. If you have highlighted items on your paperwork, those items are still on backorder and will be delivered as soon as they get in. We APPRECIATE your patience as we work to get these orders completed during this crazy time. If you have questions, email Lisa Wedel at lisa.m.wedel@gmail.com. Morse PTO is Groovin' on the Gram Thanks to all who have found and followed Morse PTO on Instagram. If you haven't yet, what are you waiting for? Search MorsePTO or click here. Stay tuned for a giveaway soon. A free Starbucks gift card just for staying connected to Morse PTO?!?! Yes, please! |
