DON'T FORGET
Blue Valley Educational Foundation (BVEF) Hosts Battle of the Bands The Blue Valley Educational Foundation (BVEF) is holding its 10th Anniversary Battle of the Bands at RC's Back Door and Grill (330 E. 135th, Martin City) on February 26, 2022. The doors open at 5:00 pm, and the bands start at 6:00. This adult night out features 5 former parent champion bands who will perform for Best Blue Valley Band! This event raises money to support district-wide music programs. Sponsorships are available now: click here for information and pledge form. Get your business or a group of friends to sponsor or reserve a table for the night. Individual tickets can be purchased here. Donations are being collected for silent auction baskets. Morse will be donating a basket (min. $200 value), and we are requesting gift cards to local restaurants or entertainment. If you have connections to local establishments and can get a gift card donated, please email Brooke Johnson at bemery01@gmail.com for the Non-Profit Tax ID , collection arrangements, or to follow up with questions. Don't Forget to Take Our Poll Our February Morse PTO meeting usually includes a speaker about a topic of interest to elementary parents. Do you want to hear more about student online safety, mental health, child development, state and national assessments, learning programs used in the school, or something else? Take this 15-second poll to help us plan a relevant, meaningful opportunity for the Morse community. Money For Morse: AmazonSmile As you shop for the holidays, be sure you are supporting Morse through AmazonSmile, where you’ll find the exact same low prices, vast selection and convenient shopping experience as Amazon.com, with the added bonus that Amazon will donate a minimum of 0.5% of the purchase price to Morse Elementary. See how easy it is to set up AmazonSmile here. |
